Dry Needling
Dry needling is similar to acupuncture, using microfilaments to immediately reduce pain, relieve muscle tightness and promote healing. It is very effective for conditions such as back pain, neck pain, plantar fasciitis, persistent headaches/migraines and more.

Laser Light Therapy
LLLT is a form of photobiomodulation that uses specific wavelengths of the red light spectrum for healing. Similar to photosynthesis, our bodies convert light to a chemical process for regeneration. The handheld LLLT is focused and more powerful for specific areas of concern.

Pulsed Electromagnetic Frequency Therapy (PEMF)
Pulsed Electromagnetic Frequency works at the cellular level using "good EMF" to increase cell permeability so toxins can exit, and oxygen and nutrients can enter. Provides energy (ATP) to the cells. Especially effective for treating pain, injuries and neurological conditions.

Near Infrared Light Lamp & CBD
The same benefits of red light /near infrared light sauna, but focused on one specific body area. This is a popular choice for those who have arthritis in their hands or a painful joint (knee, elbow, ankle). This treatment offers reduced inflammation, pain reduction, and healing.

Infrared Sauna
The sauna session allows the benefits of LLLT for the entire body. Incredibly, these wavelengths of light are healing to every type of tissue in its path - nerve, bone, skin, tendon, muscle, etc. Studies (and our experience) show a 30% pain reduction with one session. It even helps get rid of wrinkles!

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy allows patients to breathe concentrated oxygen in a chamber pressurized to 1.3 ATM (similar to the pressure at the bottom of a 12 foot pool). It allows the body to absorb up to 20x more oxygen into the bloodstream, repairing tissues, detoxifying and restoring function. Although beneficial to the entire body, the most impressive benefits are with the brain and lungs. For example, patients with head injuries and strokes can show drastic improvements decades after the trauma. Post-COVID patients have been able to clear brain fog, return sense of taste/smell and eliminate persistent cough.
