Kristin Allen - Licensed Physical Therapist /Owner
Kristin is a graduate of Cleveland State University's Physical Therapy program. She has experience at Cincinnati Children's and Columbus Children's hospitals, the former OSU Spine Center, and other adult facilities. After locating to this area, she was instrumental in setting up a pediatric program at an area hospital. She brings over 20 years of clinical experience to Therapy Pros with an expansive knowledge base in multiple areas of care. Kristin loves getting people out of pain, returning them to their optimal level of health and function.

Kristin resides locally with her husband, 3 kids and a furry canine. She is also a proud stepmom of 2 daughters. Outside the clinic and day-to-day home life, she enjoys being a small group leader for her church's junior high youth group, wakeboarding and snowskiing.

Joy Spettle,
Physical Therapy Assistant
Joy is a Graduate of The University of Toledo's Exercise Science program, as well as the Physical Therapy Assistant's program at Professional Skills Institute. She has been licensed and treating patients for 6 years with experience in several different settings. Joy's past experience includes hospital-based therapy services, skilled nursing, pool therapy, and outpatient physical therapies. She is also certified in Dolphin Neurostim MPS Therapy. Joy loves learning new techniques and adding skills to ultimately assist her patients in reducing their pain and reaching their end goals.
Joy resides locally in Norwalk with her husband and 3 kids. Outside of work she enjoys teaching baton in a local baton group, taking adventures with her kids, and helping with the sound/technology department at her church.

Rachel has been practicing massage for over 15 years. She has a wide range of experience working in the areas of professional sports, medical, and spas. Working as a Physical Therapy Tech combines her knowledge of anatomy, physiology and passion for helping others. She loves working with patients and helping them to improve to their original strengths.
Rachel is a Sandusky native. She's been married for over 10 years and has two girls. She's passionate about loving her family and enjoys spending time with them on her family's farm. She also enjoys using her time and many talents to help out at her local church and support people in need.
