Kristin is a Cleveland State University graduate with over 30 years of physical therapy experience in pediatric, orthopedic, sports, and adult care. She specializes in spinal care, manual therapy, dry needling, and advanced treatment techniques. Kristin is passionate about helping patients reduce pain, restore function, and improve their quality of life.

Joy is a graduate of the University of Toledo’s Exercise Science program and Professional Skills Institute’s Physical Therapy Assistant program, with six years of clinical experience. She has worked in hospital, skilled nursing, pool therapy, and outpatient settings and is certified in Dolphin Neurostim MPS Therapy. Joy is passionate about learning new techniques to help patients reduce pain and reach their goals.

Sheela is a Health Information Technology professional who graduated with honors from DeVry University, earning her AAS in HIT. She has hands‑on experience in medical billing, insurance processing, and HIM workflows, with strengths in claims support, documentation accuracy, and patient‑focused administrative tasks. Outside of work, she is actively involved in her church community, contributing to worship and service activities with the same dedication and reliability she brings to her professional role.

Rachel has over 15 years of massage experience in professional sports, medical, and spa settings. As a Physical Therapy Tech, she combines her knowledge of anatomy and physiology with a passion for helping patients regain strength and function. A Sandusky native, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, working on the family farm, and serving her local church.
